If you travel to Spain you might learn the hard way that if you ask for un chocolate caliente you get the very thick chocolate meant for dipping churros and not for drinking. If you want chocolate milk you have to ask for a Colacao.
However in Catalunya, they have their own version of chocolate milk (of course), and that is Cacaolat. I’ve never been a big fan of chocolate milk but I most say Cacaolat is my favorite and not because I lived in Barcelona but because of its smooth chocolate flavor with a hint of vanilla. Molt bo!!!
